President NAGATA Holds Talks with Ohio State Provost

On July 19, President NAGATA Kyosuke of the University of Tsukuba held a meeting with Dr. Ravi V. Bellamkonda, Executive Vice President and Provost of The Ohio State University (Ohio State), a key partner in the University's Campus-in-Campus (CiC) initiative.

Vice President for Global Affairs OHNEDA Osamu, Executive Officer for Research Management SAKURAI Takeaki, and Special Advisors to the President IKEDA Jun and TAKEDA Shuzaburo also joined the meeting.

The discussion covered a wide range of topics, including interdisciplinary research, faculty exchange, and innovation in education. The meeting further deepened the strategic partnership between the two institutions and is expected to lead to new developments in collaborative research and academic exchange.
